They enable economically disadvantaged pet owners in need to keep their pets through their charity and no-interest payment plans for Veterinary care. They also provide emergency pet food and supplies for those in need. Eligible pet owners include financially disadvantaged seniors, disabled veterans, owners of service dogs, the terminally ill and others. They also offer spay/neuter services for owned pets. Pet owners must reside in Monterey County.
